Holiday 2025 proved Laundry Sauce could scale retention in a crowded period without leaning on short-term tactics. Even with email delivery volume up 89% YoY, engagement moved in the right direction.

Jetset’s work centered on coordination and control: a disciplined BFCM cadence, tighter segmentation, and creative improvements that increased relevance at scale. That translated into a 62% YoY lift in retention revenue, with email revenue up 18% YoY.

Just as important, list health strengthened during the ramp. Open rates rose from 41.6% to 52%, while spam complaints fell by more than 65% YoY – signals that inbox placement and targeting held up under pressure.

With AOV holding around $110 and email campaign orders up 29% YoY, Laundry Sauce exited BFCM with a retention engine that can expand reach and convert incremental buyers without sacrificing deliverability or customer experience.
