Laundry Sauce is a premium DTC brand elevating the everyday laundry experience with high-end, luxurious scents. In early 2025, they were entering a crucial scale-up phase of growth, with email and SMS positioned as core drivers of their revenue.

However, underlying operational issues in CRM were limiting scale, particularly within SMS delivery, campaign cadence, and channel coordination. The risk was that increasing send volume might lift revenue in the short term, but degrade engagement, deliverability, and customer trust in the long-term.

The CRM foundation Jetset built over the summer unlocked immediate revenue gains and drove meaningful retention growth across 2025.

Fixing SMS welcome flow delivery sparked a 62% surge in SMS revenue from July to August, while optimizing the SMS/email campaign frequency helped lift email revenue 22% in that same period. These fixes, paired with enhanced segmentation, helped Laundry Sauce’s Labor Day campaign outperform its previous promotional campaigns by 81% in email and 91% in SMS.

With a tightened and improved CRM program, Laundry Sauce was also able to scale messaging while improving list health. Despite increasing email volume, spam complaints dropped 24% and subscriber numbers continued to grow—proving that the program could scale without sacrificing customer experience.
