These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://www.jetset.io (the “Site”) and any communications you receive from Jetset Global LLC (“Jetset,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About Us and Client Services: Jetset is a customer experience and retention marketing agency serving consumer brands. These Terms cover use of the Site and our own communications only. Services we provide to clients are governed by separate written agreements with those clients. If those agreements conflict with these Terms, the client agreements control.
2. Use of the Site You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to:use the Site in violation of any applicable law;attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation, including through bots, scrapers, or malicious code;misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.
3. Intellectual Property All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the names and descriptions of our proprietary tools and methodologies (such as SentimentIQ and CxRM), belongs to Jetset or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.
4. Information on the Site Site content is provided for general informational purposes. Case studies and results reflect specific client engagements and do not guarantee similar outcomes. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.
5. Communications From Us
Email: If you subscribe to or request information from us, we may email you. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Calls: We may call you in response to your inquiry or as part of an existing business relationship. When we place calls on behalf of a client brand, we do so under that client’s instructions, and the client is responsible for obtaining any consent required to contact its customers.
SMS: If you opt in to text messages from Jetset, you agree to receive messages related to [describe purpose, e.g., inquiries, scheduling, and service updates]. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. You can also reach us at legal@jetset.io [or phone number]. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Privacy Our Privacy Policy, available at https://jetset.io/privacy-policy, explains how we collect and use information. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Third-Party Links and Tools The Site may link to or embed third-party websites and tools, such as scheduling or form providers. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
8. Disclaimers The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jetset will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed ten U.S. dollars ($10).
10. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Jetset harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clackamas County, Oregon.
12. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will update the “Last updated” date.
